ran with a friend today. it was good to see him again. he's recovering from a torn ACL, so his running is not quite what it was when i moved away. he's trying to get ready for the maui marathon this fall. he'll do fine.

i was reading today that the legal firms for some companies are asking employees to sign a consensual relationship agreement (CRA) if they become socially involved. apparently, this is to limit the possibility of sexual harrasment claims. i think they got the initials wrong. it should be CYA. i wonder how long the agreement is binding...
